We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, dependent on the product or service being acquired. 360 Safety and Training reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this Web Site. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.

By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

The price of calls may vary depending on your telecomms supplier. Please check with your operator for exact charges.

Payment

In respect of 360 Safety and Training supplied goods, services our ordering system allows you to make several choices of payment. We accept all major credit / debit cards, cheque or simply complete the online order form. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or online. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card processing partner, NOT SPECIFIED.

If payment is to be made by cheque, please allow 7 days for cheque clearance. Any errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 7 working days of our agreeing to correct them.

The company accepting the payment is 360 Safety and Training Ltd and that is what will appear on your statement.

Site Security

Every order placed with 360 Safety and Training is subject to a security check. These checks are carried out to protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions. Therefore all information entered by you must match the information held by the card issuer. Supplying incorrect or incomplete information will result in a delay in processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the identity of a customer we may carry out further security checks that may delay the processing of your order. As the supplier we reserve the right not to supply goods if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to a security check.

We may on occasion ask you to fax, post or email further proof of identity. We may on occasion ask the customer to supply their credit/debit card details to carry out a further security check.

If you suspect your card has been used fraudulently on our website please contact your card issuer immediately and notify us of the occurrence on 01292 502 018.

This website uses the latest in SSL technology, giving you greater peace of mind and absolute security. In the payment pages the padlock will appear in the Status Bar indicating that you have entered a secure area. At this point all the information exchanged from your (The Customer) computer to ours (360 Safety and Training) is heavily encrypted, and guarantees that no one has unauthorised access to your details.

Your information is not stored on an Internet active computer so a third party cannot access your details. This system is the safest way to buy and is safer than passing your details over the phone lines and at least as safe as passing your card over a shop counter.

Cookies are used on this site, but simply to add functionality to the shopping cart.

We do not send marketing emails to personal email addresses where the recipient is not a customer or has not registered an interest in receipt of newsletter or special offers.

Delivery Address

In conjunction with our security policy we only supply products to the cardholders address as standard. If your wish the item to be sent to an address other than that of the card address please contact us via email [email protected]. Entering an address into the site when it is not the registered address of the card may subject your order to a delay.

Generally we will accept two forms of identification showing the card address to allow an order to go to an alternative residential address. We will deliver to an alternative business address providing we can verify details.
